Richard in Your Mind is an Australian band from in Sydney formed in 2006 by Richard Cartwright and Conrad Richters. In 2008 the band expanded with Pat Torres and Jordy Lane and later adding Brent Griffin (aka SPOD).[1] They released their debut album, The Future Prehistoric, in 2007[2] and two years later followed it up with their online only Summertime EP.[3] Their second album, My Volcano, was released in 2010.[4]

Richard in Your Mind were a Triple J Unearthed winner[5] and their video for "Candelabra" (directed by SPOD) was a J Award nominee.[6]
